Award-winning artist and fine art texture creator, Cheryl Tarrant grew up in Orange, California. As a child some of her favorite memories were of the time spent on her Grandfather’s ranch in the hills of Trabuco Canyon, CA. The memories resonate in her artwork. With sprawling hills and abandoned barns, she wants to recreate a time when life was simpler. She is now a country girl residing in East Tennessee. Abandoning the city life to live out her dream of being surrounded by nature, animals, open skies, trees and tall grass. She enjoys her gardens, 20+ chickens, peacocks, dogs and cats. Being able to work remote has made it possible for her to pursue her dream of learning to oil paint like the old masters!
